Design Notes
We performed codon optimization to ensure effective expression of this part in human cells. We also used simulations to predict and confirm that the steric structure is not disrupted even when the amino acid sequence is only in the extracellular domain.
Major restriction enzyme recognition sequences (EcoRI XbaI SpeI PstI NotI BsaⅠ SapⅠ) are removed from this part.
